Directory of Devotional Prayer

One of the first gifts Blessed Moreau gave to his young religious community was the Directory, a book of common and personal prayers to assist in their living of the religious life. In recent weeks, Holy Cross religious have begun receiving the new Directory of Devotional Prayer commissioned by Fr. Hugh Cleary, C.S.C., who served as Superior General of the Congregation from 1998-2010. With over 200 pages of prayers and devotions, this new Directory serves the same purpose as the first: uniting the members of Holy Cross with God and with each other.

Basil Moreau, C.S.C., joined his Auxiliary priests with the Brothers of St. Joseph, founded by Father Jacques Dujarie.
