Ordinations and Final Vows
Two great celebrations mark the completion of formation in Holy Cross.
- At his Final Vows, a Holy Cross religious professes the vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience forever according to the Constitutions of the Congregation of Holy Cross. In this they commit their lives to the communal work, prayer, and life of Holy Cross.
- At his ordination, a seminarian who has taken final vows receives the Sacrament of Holy Orders and is ordained to serve the Church as a priest. In this Sacrament he is conformed to Christ Jesus, the Head and Shepherd.
Featured in each gallery are pictures, video, and related material from recent Final Vows and Ordination masses.
